SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Buyers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and having a secure place for orders to be delivered - they are responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Sellers are responsible for lost packages in transit.

  • Our second-party shipping service includes tracking, but not a delivery signature. Please let us know if you would like this service as we will need to arrange it and charge accordingly.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your Tangoleva purchase, please return item(s) within 15 days of the receipt date for an exchange or full refund less shipping charges. 

        Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). 

        [Ex: If  you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.]

  • Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 90 days will be issued a store credit for the value of the merchandise. We cannot accept returns made more than 90 days after the original order date. Store credits expire 90 days from date of issue.

  • Purchases made in person at our studio can be returned or exchanged with 5 days of purchase.

  • Purchases made in person at festivals or workshops are exchange only within 5 days of purchase. No refunds will be made.

  • Place item(s) in a secure package, making sure it is insured, prepaid and has a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Merchandise must not be visibly worn, washed or damaged. A refund for the value of the merchandise will be processed when returned items are received.
