Orders are usually shipped by Tangoleva within 1-2 business days after they are placed. We can tell you the exact date when you place your order. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order is sent out.

Standard Delivery: is by USPS Priority Mail International and will arrive in approximately 6-10 days. The shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the package and the country of delivery. We can give you an estimate once we know what your order is. Packages may be subject to customs taxes/duties and will be paid by the customer.
** Sometimes packages are not delivered to the destination address and are left at the Main Postal Office to be picked up by customers, either for verification of delivery, security regulations or to pay customs taxes/duties.
** If more than 2 weeks has passed since placing an order that has yet to arrive, please check with your local Main Post office as it is possible your package is waiting to be picked up.

The Tangoleva Premier Collection (those pieces whose item numbers begin with a "TL") we design and produce locally. These pieces are almost always in stock and readily available.
In our Retail Collection, we have limited stock on some items. If you are interested in a particular item, please call or email and we can tell you if it is available. Made in the USA.
Sale items go fast. There is usually very limited stock, sometimes only one or two pieces are available. If a sale item interests you, please call to inquire right away.
HOW TO ORDER
If you are not completely satisfied with your Tangoleva purchase, please return item(s) within 15 days of the receipt date for an exchange or full refund less shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.]
Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 90 days will be issued a store credit for the value of the merchandise. We cannot accept returns made more than 90 days after the original order date. Store credits expire after one year.
Purchases made in person at our studio can be returned or exchanged with 5 days of purchase.
Purchases made in person at festivals or workshops are exchange only within 15 days of purchase. No refunds will be made.
Place item(s) in a secure package, making sure it is insured, prepaid and has a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Merchandise must not be visibly worn, washed or damaged. A refund for the value of the merchandise will be processed when returned items are received.

FINDING THE CORRECT SIZE
At Tangoleva we offer personalized customer service by phone or email. We do not have electronic ordering from our website. In this way, we give our customers the opportunity to discuss sizing, fabrics, styling and fit before ordering. All sales and notes regarding sizing and fit are stored in a personal customer file which helps us to help you enhance your wardrobe without a lot of unecessary returns.
Our ORDER FORM will tell you what information we need from you to process your order.
1. BY PHONE - Call 1-877-92-TANGO (877-928-2646). If you get our voice mail you may leave a detailed message or ask to receive a call back. Your call will be returned the same day if your message is left before 4:30 p.m. (mountain time).
2. BY E-MAIL - Send us an email at INFO@TANGOLEVA.COM including all of the information requested in the ORDER FORM. Or, complete and attach the Order Form to your email.
3. BY FAX - Print and complete the ORDER FORM and fax to 505-438-1170.

At Tangoleva, our goal is to send the right size the first time. We encourage customers to email or call us with the Style Numbers that they are interested in and their measurements. Due to our use of mostly stretch fabrics, the fitting range is quite wide. If you fall between sizes, let us know if you prefer your clothing to fit snugly or loosely. Waist lengths usually fit both Petites and Regulars equally well, because of our cuts and stretch fabrics.

Tangoleva began as a quest
for presenting not only the perfect tango dresses, but the perfect fashion,
both classic and trendy, that could be worn for tango dancing. Have
you ever found it difficult trying to get dressed for dinner in a restaurant
and a milonga? The slit in that skirt being a little too high for the
restaurant part of the evening? Tangoleva's original concept was based
on finding great fashion that works well for Salsa, Tango and Ballroom dancing; that can
be worn on the street, at the office, to evening events, as well as
classes and milongas. Fashion you can dance in and wear for all your
other activities. Following are descriptions
of our two lines.
Our retail collection
consists of reasonably priced dresses, skirts, tops, pants, cover-ups
and accessories, which we buy in the market from a variety of manufacturers, all made in the USA. The fabrics are mostly stretch fabrics, comfortable, allowing freedom of movement, easy care and wrinkle free. Sizing of the garments can vary greatly, depending on the manufacturer, so we encourage customers to call or email us with their measurements: Bust, Waist and Hip (approximately 7" or 18cm below the waist). We carry a limited amount of stock on most of these items. Styles go fast and sizes are limited. Please email or call and one of our staff can guide you on the styles that run small or large, etc.
TANGOLEVA PRIVATE LABEL Not everything wonderful
for tango can be found in the market, so we have developed our own
line, designed and produced by Tangoleva. Especially designed for
dancing, our clothing uses primarily stretch fabrics, focusing on movement, slits
in the right places, interesting back details and hem treatments. All of our Tangoleva Private Label pieces are made locally in Santa Fe, New Mexico. These
pieces are designated on the item number by the letters " TL".
